Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for another size or style please include a note inside the parcel with your exchange request and your return details. If you need help on the exchange, please email us at thebridleboutique@outlook.com and we will pleased to assist or call us 07976308933.

 

Exchange requests must be made within 14days from the order being received and sent back in unused condition with labels attached. We sadly cannot exchange items that have signs of use on them or custom made orders. All UK orders will be free of charge to send out an exchange but outside the UK the cost of the postage will need to be paid in full to send out the exchange. 

 

Returns

Returns are excepted within 14 days of purchase or in the case of an online order from this being delivered. If you have changed your mind on an order please notify by email thebridleboutique@outlook.com

 

If your return falls outside of these times but within 28days of the order we will issue a credit note to be used at a later date. Items must be returned in unused/unmarked condition with the original packing and labels on.

 

Include in the return the receipt of purchase showing the order date and number to enable us to process the return in line with our polices above.

 

​Refunds will be processed on the original payment source used. It may take up to two weeks during busy times for the refund to be issued as the items have to be inspected and restocked during the process. If an item is returned damaged/ marked and not received back in its sold condition, the bridle boutique will not issue a refund and return postage will be required to be paid in full to send the item back to you.

Please keep proof of postage and tracking details until you have been issued a refund. It is wise to insure to the value of the goods in case lost.
